I can tell you just from having 2 babies for the past 5 weeks that they cost alot more money than I thought! We are going through a 50oz can of formula every 5 or 6 days and I can't even tell you how many diapers! Its insane! What is even more insane is I dont get paid for my maternity leave through my employeer. I have a AFLAC policy that I have a short term disability policy through and I filled out my paperwork about a month ago and have yet to get my check! Somehow though we are surviving on Gary's paycheck alone and still managing to keep the girls fed and clothed! It almost makes me think I dont need to work at all and could stay home with my girls. How nice would that be? But I think it would be nicer to work and be able to buy them all the cute clothes they want!
So, I think I am going to start using my cloth diapers this week on Gillian. I figure even if we only use them while we are home (which is 90% of the time) we will save crap loads (no pun intended) of money on diapers!
Well thats my random thought of the day......money......seriously AFLAC could you send me my damn check?

Love LOVE love cloth diapers! My twin girls are in them 99.9% of the time! A little more work saves me a months' worth of groceries AND two dinners out! What diapers are you using??
I am going to see if they fit Gillian yet tomorrow! She is the bigger of the two so maybe they will! I have about 40 cloth diapers right now, I have some fuzzibunz, rockymountains, tiny tush's and bumgenius! I am just putting it off right now because things are so hectic. I was kinda hoping it would get easier but it appears things only get harder so I may as well just start using them! What kind are you using?
